I visited 8 Oz today and had a wonderful experience. I ordered a filter coffee, and the barista (pictured) kindly made it for us. Despite the language barrier, she did her best to understand our order and showed incredible patience and kindness. I’m sharing her picture to personally thank her for her warm welcome, excellent service, and dedication to her work, which truly made our visit memorable. Her professionalism and friendly attitude added so much value to our time at the café. Although one of her colleagues scolded us while we were drinking the water available at the bar — which we didn’t realize might not be free, as complimentary water is usually standard for customers in many parts of the world — the barista’s attitude remained friendly and welcoming throughout.
