This place makes the perfect chicken shawarma. Those who write "so-so", "bullshit place", name at least one place in Uzbekistan, and even more so in Tashkent, where they cook such a delicious shawarma like here!!! The proportions of meat, sauce and vegetables are perfectly matched. I've tried shawarma all over the city and it's the only place I want to come back to again and again. I am a VERY fastidious person, and I heartily recommend the chicken shawarma from this establishment. It's really delicious. I would like to mention several important points: 1. There is no unpleasant smell of old oil or dirty kitchen, as is often the case in other places, for example, in Evos farms. 2. There is no characteristic spoiled taste of chicken, which is found in some establishments (the same familiar taste that is difficult to describe). 3. Lavash is fresh, without odors and foreign notes, as in many other places. 4. The chicken is always juicy, real, the sauce is perfect to taste, very tasty. 5. Shawarma is not salty or bland!!! the balance of taste is really excellent. I've tried shawarma in different places in the city, and the taste here is always consistently excellent. Just right in the heart. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT THE CHICKEN APPARENTLY OFTEN RUNS OUT AND THE SHAWARMA IS UNAVAILABLE FOR ORDER. 😭
