A very nice family store. A large assortment, you can always choose something for yourself. The sales area is always clean and tidy, which, unfortunately, is rare for many mass-market stores in our city. I would like to mention the staff separately: the sales consultants are friendly, helpful girls, always ready to help and prompt. And special thanks to the administrator Regina. I got there several times when she was at the checkout. She is a very competent specialist who always explains the terms of the promotions in an accessible and understandable way, and there are never any questions after her explanations. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work, because working with clients is really hard and responsible work.

The store and products are excellent, but the attitude towards customers is disgusting, especially for Milan Sapargalieva and Regina Lymar. When you ask for a complaint book, they search for it for 20 minutes and don't know the number of their call center by heart.
