The staff of this dry cleaner is very rude and rude. Most of all, I was outraged by the phrase "What can't you clean at home?". So why take the job they can't handle?

I took the drape coat to the cleaners twice. Everything was great the first time. I decided that if I went, it would only be here. The second time, I handed in the same coat again. The result: there are no buttons, the coat is GONE! I'm at a normal, stable weight, and my waist and hips haven't changed. Unfortunately, everything was noticed after a while, after cleaning, when it was time to warm up. Bottom line: ruined clothes and mood.
