The company sent a reply: that during the inspection of the product, defects were identified that arose during operation due to external influences and the defects are not related to production, you can repair the product at your own expense. The question arises why this does not happen with products that have been purchased in other jewelry stores and have been worn for decades? The quality of the product is terrible. Terrible attitude towards customers, even at the end of the letter they wrote, we hope to see them again among our regular customers! The horror!!!
