In March 2025, I bought 2 things in this store - a belt and jeans. The belt, which has never been worn, has come apart. And jeans, when they were first worn, turned into sneakers. The product is very low-quality, to put it mildly. I don't recommend it to anyone. Absolutely no customer-oriented management. To the claim for a refund due to poor-quality goods and a refund for damaged sneakers, they replied that jeans could stain and this was indicated on the tag. The question to the management is, what should you wear your "high-quality" jeans with? What kind of shoes? What kind of jackets and shirts? Is it black so that it doesn't get stained? Have you tested the dyes for their health safety? I have never encountered such ugliness and prudent calmness in dealing with clients. Your pathetic dry written answers and paper cover only say one thing - I'm not the first, unfortunately, I'm not the last. And you know it perfectly well. I will tell the management of Big Star LLC that it is a shame for you to sell such a low-quality product that is unsuitable for its intended use or its use is very limited.
