Even when I entered, the staff didn't guide me and avoided my gaze. I sat down, but they gave me a menu and didn't take my order for a long time. They didn't even give me a pre-meal drink or bread.

I visited the Navat tea house and was very impressed! The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and everything is oriental — you feel like you're in a real fairy tale. Top-level service: the staff is friendly, attentive and responds to any requests with a smile. And the kitchen is just a delight! I especially liked the East Kazakhstan dishes: juicy beshbarmak, fragrant sorghum, tender manti and fresh tortillas - everything is prepared with soul and homely. The tea is served real and fragrant — the perfect end to the meal. Here you want not just to eat, but to relax, enjoy the taste and atmosphere. I definitely recommend the Navat Teahouse to anyone who appreciates delicious food, oriental hospitality and comfort.

Oh, it's delicious here!!! If you want to taste Kazakhstan, then you are here! A wide variety of national menu! I took a Shoe and was very impressed! We were surprised by the large cauldrons right in the restaurant, next time I'll take pilaf!. Good service! I recommend it!
