I bought 12 donuts, refused the receipt, didn't think I was being cheated. When I got home, I realized that the amount for the donuts I had chosen was too much. 10 glazed donuts for 1.49, 2 pro donuts for 1.99, and the box itself. According to simple calculations, the amount that I paid does not come out. Since the purchase was made 40 minutes before the closing of the point, there was no way to return there before closing. It seems that they cheated on a small amount, but it turned out to be a spoiled evening and appetite. I've attached a photo with donuts and a check from the bank below.

We purchased a new set of topping doughnuts on November 24 at about half past seven in the evening. They were dry, crooked, and looked and tasted like they had been lying for several days. I do not recommend this point at all ! Exception: donuts will be cooked in front of you.

The atmosphere between the staff was tense, 3 girls were working, it was clear that one of them was an intern who served me, I ordered coffee, instead of helping the girl make coffee, they just stood and watched her fail, despite the fact that the person was standing and waiting for his order for a long time! They didn't even try to help, the attitude towards the guests is just at level 0. The coffee didn't even look good in the end. When you stand and watch what is happening, the desire to go there again disappears! Last time, there was a similar situation where, by mistake, the intern counted the cost in the receipt more than necessary.
