The furniture is tired, the bathrooms are too, the bed is blah clean, the breakfasts are good, the staff is normal, but without any special initiatives) during my stay, the hot water was turned off, but no alternatives were offered or even warned about the shutdown) I think you can find a better way

I don't recommend this place. The photos don't correspond to reality. We booked one thing, but in fact it turned out to be completely different. There was no receptionist, she just kept silent to our requests. The bed was stained. The towel is the same. The windows don't open. It's stuffy, the air conditioner is blowing hard. There is no kettle, we could not find boiling water anywhere at night (we were from the train). There are holes in the ceiling in the corridor, it is clear that the dampness in the room is regularly heated from there. In general, you can find a more decent place in Astana.
