Now the place looks abandoned: there is almost no one on the territory, only locals rested in one of the buildings. The main building of the estate, apparently, was once restored, but the work was suspended — now everything looks unfinished. The Yandex map shows a "blacksmith shop" and a "dairy factory" nearby, but these buildings are empty. At the same time, the territory has great tourist potential: beautiful architecture, a picturesque lake, and a sense of historical place. If the restoration is resumed and the territory is improved, the estate could become a very attractive object for tourists.

The house is still standing, the gorgeous entrance gate is still standing, the trees in the park are growing by themselves, and in fact, not so far back in 1971, the filming of the film "The Rudobel Republic" took place in the parkIn fairness, it must be said that the traces of the attempted restoration are still visible.
