A great store with a huge selection of products! Pleasant prices, there are often promotions, and the range pleases even the most discerning customers. I would especially like to mention the work of sales consultants - they are polite, attentive and really understand the product. They helped me choose the perfect fragrance, explained everything in detail, and there was no imposition. I was delighted and will definitely come back again!

At the same time, there is no one at the checkout, and seeing the customer especially from the hall, they do not hurry and do not try to serve him. One of the sellers is testing men's water on himself away from the buyers: apparently he studied neuromarketing and is trying to attract customers)))) Others are just leisurely strolling in a completely empty hall. Unfortunately, I still had an unpleasant impression, although I liked the store earlier.

I do not recommend visiting this place at all. I am silent about the extra charges and the inflated cost of goods. Initially, the cost of one product was 58 rubles. When the receipt was purchased, the cost increased sharply to 78 rubles. The girl took the price tag, said, "sorry, we made a mistake, loaded, big overestimation." According to the Consumer Protection Act, the product was supposed to be sold at its original cost, but the girl quickly hid the price tag. After there was no choice left and I had to buy the product for a price 30 rubles higher, it turned out that payment for certificates was not working in the store today. The product could not be purchased. There is no organized work in the store, I just want to say "mess" in one word. I advise you not to go back and buy anything in this store. On the plus side, there was a polite receptionist who referred to problems that did not depend on consultants I ask the management, if you follow your brand and the loyalty of users is important to you, pay attention to the operation of the system, to the merchandising system in stores....it's a shame... and a pathetic parody of letual...... the franchise didn't work out, unfortunately, there are a lot of gaps and nuances....
