I recently visited a fitness room with a small spa area, and here are my impressions. The fitness room turned out to be very cozy and modern. The equipment is in excellent condition, and a variety of exercise equipment and free weights allows both beginners and experienced athletes to practice. The spacious hall for group classes with professional trainers creates a great atmosphere for training. I especially appreciated the variety of programs, from yoga to intensive cardio. The spa area, although small, was pleasantly surprised. There is a sauna, which is ideal for relaxing after a workout. The atmosphere is calm, and the attentive staff is always ready to help. After the workout, I spent time in the salt room, and it was just great — a great way to relieve tension and restore strength. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit. The fitness room and the spa area complement each other perfectly, creating comfortable conditions for sports and recreation. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to train and relax!

Nice and very spacious room. Very good ventilation, which is rare. There are a lot of different simulators, there are simulators that repeat themselves, and even if there are a lot of people, you can always find a simulator for yourself. The only thing I think is that there are 6 showers in the women's locker room, which is very small for more than 200 lockers. There is a cool spa area (shared). The staff is as friendly and courteous as possible, they will prompt and help you)

I recently visited a new fitness room with a spa area From the very entrance, I was greeted by the friendly administration, who told me in detail about all the services. The hall is spacious and bright, with lots of modern equipment. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of fitness equipment, from cardio to strength training, which allows everyone to find suitable options for their workouts. There are also separate areas for functional training and stretching. As for the spa area, it has become a real discovery. The sauna and steam room are ideal for relaxing after a workout. The fitness room offers excellent conditions for training and relaxation, and the spa area adds additional comfort. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality fitness and an opportunity to relax!
