When buying a product, they can give bonuses. The price tags are like in a regular hardware store. I ordered an SSD and a phone there. The store's operators are nice people who will always prompt you. I won't say about the consultants. In the store, when buying a laptop, you will be offered to install Windows in the region of 500 rubles, of course you have a choice, but you can safely roll Windows licensed for free.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Fifth Element store. I want to share my negative experience to warn other customers. I bought a MacBook, and 3 hours after the purchase I realized that it was not charging and was constantly showing 1%. After returning the product to the store and explaining everything, they made me guilty, allegedly leaving the store's threshold, I am responsible for the product and broke it myself. They wrote in the act that the whole mac was scuffed and dirty, although they themselves groped it for half an hour and tried to turn it on because it did not turn on (I remind you that I had it for about three hours after purchase and remained in perfect condition)even when charging. They said no one would return the money to you, they would give it to you for examination, they would subordinate it and return it back, SORRY, they would give it back? I was buying a new item and I don't want them to give it to me after the repair. They were scared by the guards and said they would call the police on me if I didn't leave. Why should I make excuses for the fact that they sold me low-quality goods, they were completely stunned!! consultants behave obsessively. From the threshold, they begin to actively "sell" additional services and extended guarantees, without being interested in the real needs of the client. information about goods and services is provided incorrectly.When making a purchase, I was informed of some warranty conditions, and when a problem arose, it turned out that completely different ones were valid. The problem-solving process is very poorly organized. When I complained about the product, I was redirected from one employee to another, each of whom gave contradictory explanations. As a result, the issue remained unresolved — instead of help, I received only threats of unsubscription and promises to "figure it out later." In addition, employees communicate dryly, without a hint of politeness, and their unwillingness to meet the client halfway is felt literally from the first minutes of communication. Result:Visiting the Fifth Element turned into a real stress. I do not recommend this store because: * intrusive service; * false information; * indifference to customer problems; * lack of customer orientation. I hope the management will pay attention to these shortcomings and take measures to improve the quality of service. And I advise customers to carefully consider their purchase decision in this store.

We were lucky, we bought a kettle and a microwave, they advised us perfectly, explained everything, told us .We were satisfied with the service. I really liked how they talked about both the pros and cons of the product , recommended what would last longer, and did not cram what was more expensive .
