We bought a Samsung TV less than a year ago. The matrix is out of order. There was no damage. When contacting without a visual inspection, it was said that there was no defect, the case was not guaranteed, they say, because of the voltage drop. When they were told that voltage fluctuations were documented and the data could be found out, they said it was mechanical damage. They made a video showing that the TV was completely intact. As a result, the answer came that moisture had somehow got into the matrix and this was not a warranty case. It's just awful.
