On 12/30/2025, the Nakatomi OS-71 speaker system came for an order. The service staff is completely incompetent. I still couldn't check the sound quality. Neither the girl nor the guy who came to her rescue could demonstrate the sound quality. The girl couldn't connect the second speaker at all without my prompting. And instead of connecting the speakers to a good quality input signal, for example, through an optical cable to a TV. I connected the speakers via Bluetooth to my phone to a signal source of unknown quality. As a result, I was naturally dissatisfied with the sound quality and refused the purchase. Dear administration, at least you conduct classes with the staff. If they themselves are unable to study the technical characteristics and rules of use of the product being sold.
