The store is good. The consultant's work did not leave me indifferent. She usually chose her own cosmetics stores and refused the help of the staff. But then I came across a choice of perfume that I had imagined only in my imagination, and I wanted to find something at least a little similar. I placed an order in the app with prepaid delivery. There was a need to change the way of receiving the pickup order in order to pick up the order as soon as possible. I contacted the call center on the same day using the number from the app, but there was no result. The request is sent to a specialist who has not been able to contact me for the second day, given that I have repeatedly called the call center and asked to change the method of receiving the order and indicated the urgency of the issue. The attitude doesn't give a damn, there is no feedback, and the store is unable to promptly resolve an elementary issue.

I bought something a couple of times because brands are no name for me. There are things that are not in the same Golden Apple, but these are the goods that I take occasionally. You can choose something for a gift. Compared to the prices, it is the same as in the winter, but more often than not it is more expensive. I would give 4 stars, but I take off one star for the opening hours at the GALILEO shopping center. They are not true!!! The shopping center is open until 22:00 (Fri), when it indicates that the store is open until 23:00 (Fri). How do I get to the store? A guard stopped me and asked, "Where are you going?"... Well, I replied that the Letual store is open until 23:00, I go to the stairs. And he says, "GIRL! Everything is closed! You can only eat at the CONCOURSE, and then leave the building."
