One thing is not clear, in this bank it is customary to name the amount that comes into the employee's head or the one that must be paid. This is not the first time such a situation has occurred in this bank. There was a situation when the amount was taken 50 kopecks more, apparently, too, a trifle was not needed. But she didn't come back. Maybe the cashiers of this exchange office will undergo training and advanced training courses again, so as not to mislead people. This is a bank, not some kind of eatery.
