I bought it in a store of the same chain, but in a different place. A few days have passed since the end of the warranty period and I thought that I would not be able to return it and decided to buy a new one. So, besides the fact that the consultant was as polite, kind and knew the product well as possible, she greatly lifted my mood by informing me that I still have the opportunity to change the product under warranty. I didn't have a receipt or a warranty card, all the information about the purchase was recorded in the bonus card. To get the refund amount, I offered to buy a cartridge and/or liquid. I took 2 more cartridges, deducted the bonuses and paid a small amount compared to what I would have given if I had just bought it. The girl also recommended other products based on her experience of using them. She answered my questions calmly, clearly and in detail, so that I had no doubts about the choice. In general, after visiting this point, I came out in a great mood and told all interested people about the purchase experience. I highly recommend it
