The consultant doesn't understand what he's talking about and is rude. They asked if there was a model one size bigger, and they said there was. As a result, it was unclear what size they brought. We told the consultant, and he said that it turns out that this size no longer exists and incorrectly named the model. It feels like the consultant wanted to make us look like idiots.
