One of the worst shops I have ever been at. The service is horrible. stuff lacks basic etiquette. they cannot answer to simple questions without being rude. Most of the time they didn’t even know answers to the basic questions that I had. After we stepped into the shop, it took a hot minute for the stuff to acknowledge our presence and pay any attention to us. In addition to that one of the workers would roll her eyes on us in the middle of conversation. The stuff acts as if they own the place and we are interrupting their peace. I left the store without purchasing anything because I cannot tolerate that type of behavior and disrespect

If you love stress, delays, and unhelpful staff, this is your place! We bought a laptop that started having issues in the very first month, fun, right? Sent it in for warranty service, waited a whole month, and guess what? It came back with a bonus problem, and the original issue was still there. The staff? Not exactly racing to be helpful. Honestly, would not recommend. Should’ve read the reviews first, don’t make the same mistake we did.
