Very unpleasant memories . This airport was a transfer airport for me. The first thing that surprised and upset me was the huge queues for baggage check-in , regardless of whether there is a check-in for the flight . I stood in the general queue for two hours to check my suitcase . Then there was an hour of boarding . Everyone was queuing up too . The reason is not known . Then we sat on the plane for 50 minutes and waited for takeoff . It is very hot and stuffy at the airport. Because it is open , and it is about 40 degrees Celsius outside . The toilets are on the 1st floor , and the building is on the 3rd floor . It was possible to stand longer , maybe it's customary at this airport , but I had a transfer in Milan for another flight. There was a time limit . Therefore , my nerves were on edge .

Long queues at passport control, few border guards work; alcohol is very carelessly packed in special bags in the Duty Free store and they can easily not put a check inside, which will lead to problems if you have a transit transfer ahead; the disgusting work of the lost & found service (search and delivery of lost luggage) - calls are not answered at all, the delivery is not controlled (they say, this is no longer their responsibility); we waited for the luggage for 5 days. In general, Italian sloppiness is as it is, in the best traditions.

Departure on 05/27/2019 AK Aeroflot from Naples to Moscow. The registration was completed on time. There was a queue of mostly Italians at passport control, just like at the mausoleum. When asked that the flight would take off in 50 minutes and the plane would not wait, there were 5 of us, the staff shrugged their shoulders until 12.10 pm and sent us back to the non-moving queue, while passengers were escorted in front of us and allowed to board a flight to Egypt to Sharm el Sheikh. It's disgusting- disorganized, we experienced stress, I'm flying out of this airport for the second time and this is the second time such an attitude towards passengers to Moscow.
