It's hard to talk about the quality of the product yet, because to get it is to go through 9 circles of Hell. We ordered a mattress, a cover for it, as well as a massager. There was no mattress available, the manager said that the delivery would be within two weeks. We didn't receive a single call from the logistics team for two weeks, so we had to call on our own. I called once, twice, everyone checked the order status (the manager of the Ascona where the order was placed) and said that the logistics would dial. The logistics team picked up by the end of the third week of waiting, first they yelled at my husband, with the information that the mattress would be delivered on Tuesday, the rest (a cover and a massager) it is not clear when, as the order was not put together. Immediately after that, they called me, saying that they would deliver 90% of everything together. Tuesday came, no one called, nothing, I called myself again, they redirected me to the logistics, I ask what time the delivery is, to which the logistics respond that they do not have any note about our previous conversation and that the delivery is not planned at all today, since the order is still not collected. I asked when they could bring the mattress, they set delivery for tomorrow, and we will pick up the cover and massager ourselves from the store, since the delivery is not able to put the order together. Angelica is a wonderful, qualified, sociable and professional manager. A very good manager The review relates to the delivery service, which is the first time I have encountered such customer orientation. Not a single call was received in 3.5 weeks, all calls were knocked out by me.
