They took money for switching to Beeline while saving the number, took an advance amount significantly exceeding the tariff indicated on the website - 8,500 tenge, explaining that there was no way without prepayment, they tried to transfer the number, but they couldn't, and several times I went from them to the current operator, finding out and listening to versions from both sides of why this was the "problem on the other side." As a result, they couldn't do anything, they refused to return the money. An hour and a half of wasted time and money
