Hello, dear Bellisimo pizza administration. 08.01.2026 we went to have dinner at Bellissimo in Seoul moon. We ordered 2 pizzas, a Coke, and 3 regular teas. We waited about 50 minutes for the order. Orders that were ordered after us were given to customers earlier. After receiving the order, it turned out that the first pizza was cold, and the second one was completely forgotten (we waited another 20 minutes). In conclusion, we did not leave with a good mood and dissatisfaction in the series.
