We ordered built-in furniture in this place. The problem arose with the lighting in the cabinet with glass doors. The backlight on one side of the cabinet worked for two days. We arrived and replaced the working transformer with another one (for our money), they said that the problem was in it. It didn't help, as the backlight worked for one day. For several months, we called and tried to get them to come to us and subdue us, to feed us breakfast. We arrived in December, looked at it and said it was probably the sensors. They had not installed these sensors before, so they decided to try them for the first time by testing them on us. They said they would test the sensors and in January, after the holidays, they would call and come. It's the end of March, and no one has arrived. The director constantly feeds us breakfast and promises that they will come and fix it. I do not recommend ordering furniture from this organization. He doesn't give a damn about clients, the director doesn't want to be responsible for the shoals.

But when the renovation came to an end and the question arose about the timing of the kitchen installation, that's when it started: the foreman did everything wrong, and we did everything wrong, only the designer was right about everything. It took us a long time to determine the installation date, and we didn't get to the dates we strongly requested. The kitchen was done at the last minute. During installation, the wizard was not aware of the agreements with the designer. The designer is impolite and not inclined to answer questions. It can just disappear, every word needs to be drawn out straight, gives monosyllabic answers without explanations. As a result, when installing it, it turned out that they did not install it, then they had to pay for it. I wrote to the director, and there was silence in response. If you want to save your nerves, contact other organizations!

They call back immediately after the application on the site. I ordered a free departure of the designer, we agreed on a convenient day and time for me. The project is large, it was not done for as long as it was estimated in other stores. Plus, we made a good discount for the volume. The furniture is really high quality. Installed without dust, cleaned up after themselves. Both my wife and I liked everything, we recommend it!!!
