On the plus side, the staff is mostly customer-oriented and knows their job. On the downside, there is often an unclean floor in the room and locker rooms, queues can be long, and there are often no free parking spaces. In general, the most common pick-up point for weak 4.

Today, 09/17/2025, there was disgusting service at the pick-up point at Tomina, 14 to 2. Two young ladies were rude and disdainful of customers. The changing rooms are dirty, there is garbage and dust everywhere. We tried on the slippers, but they were too small. The arrogant employees did not want to take the goods back, it turns out that we smeared the slippers in their dirty and untidy fitting rooms. They made me scrub the sole of my foot. But the most interesting thing is that they saw dirt in the paint of the sole. Naturally, at least I wiped off the paint with all my might, but I couldn't change the color of the sole. Why pick on the visitors so much? It would be better to keep the room clean. They got dirty themselves, but they see the dirt in the wrong place. Very unpleasant lazy and arrogant female employees. Such individuals should not work with people. They can only work as cleaners like that, maybe they'll learn how to keep clean, otherwise they've spread the dirt.

The most terrible pick-up point you can imagine! There are two female employees working at Tomina, 14 k.2, who have no idea about the service culture. They're rude, impertinent, rude, and talk like they're doing you a favor. Instead of helping, they find fault with the little things and spoil the whole impression of receiving an order. The situation in the point is disgusting: dirt, garbage in the corners, dust everywhere, absolutely no order. It's unpleasant to come here, let alone come back again. I don't recommend this pick-up point to anyone. Valberis should seriously pay attention to such employees and the conditions in which orders have to be picked up. 17.09.2025 Review from 04.10.2025 Unfortunately, the unpleasant situation at the pick-up point at Tomina St., 14 K.2 continues. After my previous review dated 09/17/2025, where I described the boorish attitude and unsanitary conditions in the fitting rooms, the staff again showed disrespect to the customer. Today, upon receiving the order, one of the employees approached me with a question: "Did you write that review?" — in the presence of other customers. After that, both employees started talking to me in raised tones, chewing gum, showing a disdainful attitude. Instead of calmly serving and checking the payment of the order, they began to argue and justify themselves for the previous review, while violating the basic norms of communication with the customer. I reminded him that I had every right to leave feedback on the quality of service, and asked where the administration was located. In response, I only heard a grin and the phrase: "We don't have an administration." I consider it unacceptable for Wildberries employees to allow themselves to sort things out with customers and discuss reviews in person, especially in a rude manner. I ask the company's management to pay attention to this pick-up point and check the quality of service and professional ethics of the staff.
