Halal restaurant on the 8th floor of the Central Department Store. Among the advantages: a spacious terrace, a beautiful view of Bishkek, the terrace is cooled during the day; there is also an air-conditioned room inside (I was not there). Cuisine: Turkish, decent, but nothing special. The usual one, in general. The price tag is too high for such a level of cuisine, but apparently it is related to the position, not the kitchen. The service is polite, without complaints.
