Irresponsible service and waste of time. The other day I visited the NA'VYAZ store in the Avia Mall, asked if there was a Huawei Watch Fit 3 smartwatch (black), the seller said no, but you can order it and you can pick it up tomorrow after 15:00. I said okay, I'll pick it up tonight. I left a phone number and a name, and he wrote it down in a notebook. I came the next day to pick up the order, which was supposed to be at 3 p.m. Yesterday's seller was not there, there was a girl, she could not find my order. After calling a colleague, who I understood was working yesterday, she talked to him on the phone, then she replied to me that unfortunately, your order would not arrive today, but it would definitely arrive tomorrow. So I realized that even if she hadn't noticed the move in the database, the order simply hadn't been processed. It was unpleasant and ugly. I am very sorry for the time spent, especially in the middle of the working week. I was upset by the lack of customer orientation: having my phone number, no one bothered to call and warn about the delay (even if the order was placed), and they didn't even apologize on the spot.
