When assembling the new bed, a factory defect of the part was revealed (incorrect hole depth), which is why the part was damaged during the installation of the standard fastener. The assembly was carried out strictly according to the instructions, using complete elements. However, the claims department said it was our fault. They refused to replace the warranty and offered to buy a new part for a substantial amount. Additionally— a paid "assembly" for 60 rubles, although it was a simple installation of two parts in 10-15 minutes. As a result, the removal of the factory defect costs almost half the cost of a new bed, despite the fact that the purchase is made in installments. I recommend that future buyers carefully check the parts before assembly and keep in mind that in a controversial situation, the service may not take the client's side.
