The touchpad and the entire keyboard stopped working abruptly, I looked at the drivers through the USB keyboard, everything is in place. I updated them, and the native keyboard and touchpad still didn't work. I decided to contact this person! I arrived, looked at it, and advised using a USB keyboard and mouse. But I like to have everything working in my laptop, after a couple of days the laptop is ready and everything started working! Thank you very much! The old HP 650 + was revived and the laptop was cleaned. I started working a little faster.
