I met the restaurant pleasantly, I liked the atmosphere, considering that it was snowing outside that day, and it was so bright, warm and cozy inside) A pleasant, unobtrusive background music and the waiters are the guys who take care of you. If you want to try seafood dishes or you are a fan of these dishes, go here. I liked the seafood soup, the appetizers were fresh, and the crab pita bread was interesting) Even if you are not a fan of seafood, the menu is quite diverse, so I definitely recommend it. The interior is in the spirit of a fishing village, which is also remarkable)

A good seafood restaurant in Tashkent. Convenient location, atmospheric design, fish and oysters are laid out on a plateau of ice. A good choice of menu: there is an assortment for both fish lovers and vegans. There is no meat. The service was pleasant and friendly. I liked all the dishes I ordered. They took herring under a fur coat, fish soup, oysters, chuka salad, spread, spinach, shawarma with crab, pasta and salad with seafood, etc., desserts. There are no questions about the kitchen. The wine and beer list could be more interesting. The price tag is brisk, higher than Moscow for higher class restaurants. But if you really want fish and seafood, then only here.

The lunches in terms of price/quality ratio are among the best in Tashkent. I tried different options, it was delicious. Two dishes 120 thousand, three 140 thousand. For a lot of money, it's easier to make dinners, but the guys did their best, well done. The service is flawed, there is a lot of fuss and delays, there is something to work on. Extremely uncomfortable sofas with a base made of sticks are simply squalid, it is impossible to sit on them, landing at such an angle is uncomfortable. But the interior is great, lots of details with a reference to the marine theme. The chef promises to update the lunch menu regularly, we expect that this will not be forgotten.

The visit left an extremely unpleasant impression. First of all, the service is frankly weak: the staff is inattentive, communication is at the "as it turns out" level, the feeling that the client is an extra burden, not a priority. Secondly, I would like to mention the situation with the "MasterCard discount", which is actively advertised. In fact, it doesn't work. When paying, I handed over the MasterCard Gold card, the employee saw it, made the payment without any clarifications, and the discount was not applied. When I asked the question, instead of admitting the mistake, they tried to make me look guilty, saying I should have warned them in advance that I had a MasterCard. A logical question arises: then why even look at the card when paying, if it doesn't matter? Or does the client now have to train staff on their own promotions? As a result, you get the feeling that marketing lives separately from reality, and service lives separately from common sense. I recommend putting things in order: either honestly remove the non-working "stocks", or train the staff and start respecting customers. At the same time, I have no complaints about the food — the dishes were at a decent level, which only enhances the contrast with the quality of the service.

At first, it was just a slow service, it happens. Then the taste came: shakshuka was with raw eggs, honey cake with a taste of soda. They also cooked the sour cream for 15 minutes, I asked if it would be soon, but after ordering the second Sour Cream, they arrived in less than 5 minutes...They're cold. not with seasonal fruits, as on the menu, but with canned peaches, as it seemed to us. Then the sur began. I ordered an oyster from the menu with the name "Fish shop" (photo attached), there is a discount on Thursdays on the table (what I asked the waiter about, it's like that, but you can still see it on ice in the window). When the bill arrived, the waiter and the manager assured me that for some reason the oysters did not participate in this discount. We note why they are then in the "Fish shop" section, the manager replied to me that this had never happened before, the first time this had happened (what does this have to do with it at all?) and what do they have conditions on Instagram?! (What does he have to do with it, I'm sitting in a restaurant, there's an ad on my table, the waiter didn't warn me when ordering). Then came the persuasion in the spirit of "well, this is not a fish." Then the manager just left... After 5 minutes, the waiter returned and offered to pay the same amount. We called the manager again. All the arguments are in the same spirit, and then it turned out that he still told the waiter to make the specified discount on the oyster (the waiter did not know about it for some reason). By the way, it was calculated incorrectly anyway, as if a random amount had been entered (but similar). It's a pity to start the morning with a scandal, it was unpleasant that the manager stood his ground for a small amount of the total order. When I pointed out that such a situation could happen again and whether they wanted to make some kind of postscript to the menu or instruct the waiters, they replied that everything was fine with them anyway. I'm not sure I want to go back there anymore. It's a pity, the author's bar card is very interesting.

As a result, I had to call another waiter. He speaks illiterate and is not very polite. There was hair in the food. The food itself is bland, there were not enough spices. It's too expensive for that kind of quality. The QR receipt was never given. I do not recommend visiting.
