I leave this review with great regret. On January 10, we encountered completely unprofessional behavior by a consultant in your store. Instead of competent help and friendly service, we received: · Complete lack of subordination — the consultant addressed me as "you" for no reason. · Inappropriate and tactless jokes that put you in an awkward position. There was no talk of any high-quality counseling. Because of this treatment, there was no desire to return to this store. It's a pity, as the selection of goods is not bad, but the service is at zero. I hope the management will pay attention to this.
