1. The recording was delayed for almost an hour. The appointment was at 19:00, I arrived at 18:55, I was asked to wait, around 19:05 another barber came up and asked if I was in a hurry and if I could wait 10 minutes. They put me in to get my hair cut at 19:50. I didn't even get an apology from the receptionist when I told her about the delay after the haircut. 2. While waiting, I heard the pop of champagne, and then, during a haircut, I got to a "corporate party" where employees communicated with a normal number of mats, drank and had a snack. 3. The communication of employees among themselves. I wanted to get my hair cut in a relaxed environment, not as if I had come to a company that had not accepted me.
