I contacted this "service" regarding the repair of a Lenovo Legion laptop. When handing over the laptop, the receipt did not specify all the shortcomings that I referred to, it just said "no graphics", although this was by no means the only problem with the laptop. The site says a quick diagnosis within a day, they reported on the spot within three days, in fact on the seventh day (after my annoying calls) and reported that the laptop was in the trash, which I did not believe. I turned to another service, where they did everything for 500 rubles with a laptop price of 1,500 and everything works perfectly. As it turned out, Lenovo's gaming models have a kind of video chip and video memory compound that needs to be worked on. But for the master there are more profitable ways to make money, and he was just too lazy to take on this case. By the way, they reported errors in other components. After the repair, I conducted tests of both the processor and RAM, and without a single error. I don't recommend it.

They said it would take 3 business days to diagnose. 03/19/26 I called them back myself, because there was nothing from any call. as a result, they say the socket is shortening and we won't check anything. as a result, I pick up this device on 03/21/26 and take it to another workshop. they confirm that the outlet and gasket must be replaced. they change the gasket and outlet, do preventive maintenance, and that's it. question. why keep the equipment for a week if you don't want to earn money and do repairs. I do not recommend this service.
