It's just awful and tasteless. I came to try the famous kattama. I ordered coffee along with scramble. I waited for the order for 30 minutes, although there were no people. First they brought out the coffee, then scrambled after about 20 minutes, although I wanted everything together. And only then did the kattama, which was hard, barely chewed, and greasy. Sour cream had to be ordered separately, although traditional kattama is served with sour cream. Plus, when I wanted to move to the window, the girl wouldn't let me. She said, "You can't change seats here." Seriously???? I'm shocked by the quality of the food and service

They came hungry and left hungry. The pilaf was heated in the microwave, when we made a remark, they took it away and brought the same pilaf back to the microwave. The order was delivered in 45 minutes (there were very few people) the branch management is a shame

We visited the Navat cafe and, unfortunately, were not satisfied with the service. The waiters were rude and looked at the guests with displeasure, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. They didn't bring us baby kits, even though we asked for them. In general, it feels like the guests are not appreciated here. We hope the management will pay attention to this point and improve the service.
