A contract was signed with Polycube for the delivery of cargo from the EU in October 2025, having previously specified all the nuances of the stages and delivery dates. The cargo is combined. The maximum delivery time was 35 days (we have been transporting goods with other companies for 4 years on this route and the delivery time has never exceeded a calendar month). Our cargo has been on the road for 60 days!! I've been standing somewhere for weeks, waiting somewhere. Cargo support by Polycube managers is a separate topic. There is NO specific information at any stage of the journey, the provision of any document is a problem, complete incompetence in the work, and as a result of delivery, our claims were answered, which completely contradicts the correspondence in the work chats. This "delivery" cost our company a lot of nerves and finances (responsibility to our customers).

I was a little worried because I hadn't bought anything in China before, but the guys explained everything and did it right. The most important thing was that I didn't have to worry about anything myself.: neither with the search for a car, nor with documents, nor with customs. They took everything upon themselves. They offered a normal price, no surprises later. I was pleasantly surprised that they were in touch all the time, answered all questions that arose, and told me where the cargo was.
