Personal is not good. The clients are forming manual queues. Half of the operators are not doing the job, just talking on the phone

No one is working. Of the 5 workers, 3 are on their phones, 2 are working, but they receive 1 client per hour. There is no water or glasses in the coolers. They don't want to work with clients at all. I had to sit for more than 2 hours to unlock the card.
