There was a question about the vertical vacuum cleaner. We settled on the manufacturer Redmond. We decided to order through the online store, on the official website redmond.by It was announced that this product is not in the store and delivery will be via SDEC from St. Petersburg. At the same time, 100% prepayment for the product is made, and only after that, delivery is made. All right, we agreed. After 4 working days, the vacuum cleaner arrives.... To say that I was shocked by the quality of this product is an understatement. Absolutely all the components that were unpacked with defects (scratches, cracks on the main nozzle). I didn't even open some of the components. When contacting the phone numbers listed on the website, the employees of this organization indicated that they needed to send an email with photos of the marriage and the order number. Which was done. Next, you need to fill out a refund form on the website, which we found out about a day later. There was no question of replacement, because there is no guarantee that a week later the goods of the same quality will not arrive. It is impossible to return the product to the store through which the purchase was made, for some unknown reasons! The Redmond Organization has unsubscribed: If there is no technical possibility to return the product through the store, the store will not be able to refund the funds. And then the question arises: what is this supposed to mean? The buyer who buys the product in the online store cannot return his money, when returning a low-quality product!!! The offer to bring this product to the store ourselves and issue a refund was refused! The organization's staff reported that a courier from SDEK was arriving and picking up the goods. And of course, the courier arrives during business hours, or only a week later on weekends. Which didn't suit us. As a result, we had to transport the goods ourselves to the SDEC. The scheme is very murky and unclear. We wanted to resolve the issue as soon as possible, which unfortunately did not work out. Conclusion: if you do not want hemorrhoids, wasted time on negotiations, wasted nerves, do not order from this organization!
