Reserved a car online. When I arrived there was no one at the counter. We waited 20 minutes and then called the provided number. They told us there were no cars available and to come back tomorrow or to find a car somewhere else. To me it felt like they just didn’t want to come in to work today. Disappointing.

A normal airport, calmly checks in, there is no hustle and bustle. Flights to Moscow were delayed by an hour. But it's not a big deal, there is a cafe where you can wait for boarding. Or just sit at the gates, there are always enough chairs for everyone.
