I really like the shoes of this chain, I've been buying them in these stores for the last couple of years! Yesterday I came to buy sneakers - the staff was busy when families with children came, helped, advised. It's not that I wasn't offered help, but the consultants looked at me with faces like I was about to steal something and run away. I liked a pair of shoes that were stained with a ballpoint pen all over the area, I went to ask the consultant if there might be the same ones in stock, only clean, to which I received the answer "well, the box is clean, wipe it off with a napkin" - for this cost it's not the most pleasant hassle. I bought the sneakers anyway, I really liked them, but when I got home I found a bonus in the form of an undelivered clip from theft :) The bottom line is that the shoes are cool, but sometimes the attitude of the staff really spoils the impression.
