Hello, I sat in the outdoor area of your business today, but I had problems with a few things. There is no Decoupling between the smoking area and the non-smoking area. In addition, customers are seriously cold because there is no heater in the outdoor area. I would like to request that the necessary arrangements be made regarding the availability of heaters in outdoor areas and the separation of smoking and non–smoking sections both in terms of customer comfort and operational quality. The coffees have average nice chocolates there is no problem with general hygiene the interior is spacious the only problem is that the car park for future arrivals is suitable for crowded groups who stop by to make coffee desserts I can say that it is also suitable for crowded groups…
