Been there once, must admit that it the only KFC in Tashkent with available seats inside. The quality of chicken is very very good

I used to like it until they weirdly cancel my order after successful payment. What they said is, our delivery is busy now. What the hell is wrong with you? If they are busy, dont take the order? Payment also dosnt come immediately. If I have money enough only for KFC, I need to be ready to stay hungry on that day.

Good evening. Today I want to leave a negative review about the world famous KFC chain. Today, I went into a restaurant with my son and placed an order for 201,000 soums for two people — I think this is a normal average check. We waited about 8 minutes for the order, which is generally acceptable. However, after receiving the order, I was very disappointed with the quality of the dishes: • the French fries turned out to be made from leftovers, • the chicken wings had broken parts (actually the "legs"), • the Big Sanders burger was served cold. I ask the branch management to find out why the guests are being served dishes of inadequate quality. For such a large network, the company's image should be a priority, and such situations are unacceptable. Am I right in my claims? Dear guests, has anyone else encountered similar problems in this restaurant or in other branches? Please share your experience and opinion in the comments.

After visiting this place, I was disappointed. The atmosphere turned out to be too noisy — children are running and screaming everywhere, which makes staying there uncomfortable. The hall was crowded, and the feeling of comfort was completely absent. This is definitely not a place where you can relax in peace.

Payment by bank card at the self-order counter does not work. Hand drying does not work near the sink. The food tastes worse than in other branches. They didn't see another boxmaster position in the order, but they punched the seal that issued the order, and as a result, they had to wait for it to be assembled separately. The drink capacity was mixed up. They changed it after I pointed out the flaw. The feeling that management is suffering and so is quality.

The order is served quickly, literally in a minute. Lunch box for 45 is very satisfying and incredibly delicious: boxing master with a large piece of meat and a puree is just top, along with this comes a drink, nuggets and potatoes with sauce and this is enough to have a good meal. At the very least, you can add a junior twister for 15 and you can eat to the brim. 5 stars because fast cooking, incredible taste and you can get enough for your money. The best fast food in the center.

Look, this is out of the question. I am specially driving from Yangiyul to buy my favorite legs, and every time I hear in response that they are not there. And it doesn't matter when to stop by: even at 8 pm, even at 3-5 in the morning, the result is consistently zero. Then why work 24/7? The staff is always in some kind of fuss and absent-mindedness, just to quickly sell something else instead of what I came for. But a separate "joy" is the service. Not only are wet wipes not included in the order at all, but when you ask politely, they start to be openly rude. "Paid" and that's it. It is noteworthy that I found myself in this situation three times on different days of the week. At first glance, it looks like a large chain, but in fact it's some kind of bazaar. I'm really sick of wasting time and gas on empty trips and listening to rudeness. To sum up: if you want to eat without nerves and get a full set of orders, it's better to avoid this branch.

I can hear the undercooked meat , the chicken is soaked in old oil . This was the exact situation in Farkhad . It feels like they don 't change the oil at all . And it seems to me that the people checking the whole thing are KFC relatives or acquaintances , no quality control !!! I do not recommend KFC, there is no control in Uzbekistan.
