A certain drug was needed for the dog. To which the seller replied that there was no such thing, BUT there was another one (the name was different in one letter), to which I had a counter question, what is the difference between the drugs. To which they replied: "I don'T KNOW... and maybe you need to go to a pharmacy for people." I just couldn't speak after such a service.… I have a question for the management, why do you recruit such "specialists" who do not know anything, and simply are not trained in the regulations. 😡
