Клиентоориентированность 0, приходишь к ним они на тебя смотрят как будто ты им должен. Очень не охотно принимают заказ. Несколько раз обращалась в это ателье , этот последний .Попросила подшить школьные детские брюки, за срочность доплачу ,ориентир по готовности озвучили 3 недели. Молодцы! Зато поесть и потрепаться по телефону время есть.
