I want to share an extremely unpleasant experience with Chinacargo, delivery from China to Almaty turned out to be a survival quest, only without a prize at the end. Before the Chinese New Year, we shipped goods from several suppliers to their warehouse. We waited quietly, because it seemed like a transport company, logistics, control, responsibility, everything. In March, the shipment arrived, but suddenly it turned out that one delivery was missing. And not just any little thing, but the most significant one. A few days later, the delivery was “found" in a Chinese warehouse. It turned out that the incompetent manager simply did not check the shipment. That is, there was cargo, there was a warehouse, there was a task, but the magic of logistics did not happen. At the end of March, he was finally sent to Almaty, but the adventures did not end there either.: The delivery was stuck in transit for almost two months. When the cargo finally arrived, we expected at least an apology or a discount for the whole circus. But no, the cost was not only not reduced, but also increased. A service of the “we've lost your time, nerves, and money, so you owe us some more.” The only person who, apparently, really works well for them is an SEO specialist. The site is really at the top of the search, there's no question about it. It's a pity that after clicking on the beautiful search results, you begin to get acquainted with the team, where competence seems to have been lost somewhere between the Chinese warehouse and Almaty. I don't recommend it. If deadlines, cargo control, and an adequate attitude to the customer are important to you, it is better to look for another company.
