We went on vacation to Hainan Island. I liked everything very much. The flight was from Moscow, they helped us with tickets for the return trip from Moscow to Minsk, they were in touch all the rest, if there were any questions, we could consult, and the agency warned us about the VPN in advance before the trip. Good apps suggested it. The hotel was chosen on the first line. Only positive impressions remained.

I would like to thank Victoria's travel agent for the excellent organization of our tour to Japan. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka — everything went smoothly and without unnecessary headaches. What Victoria has done for us: · helped with the selection and booking of air tickets, including arranging a convenient connecting flight; · I prepared QR codes for China (we had a transfer there) - it relieved a lot of stress before departure; · booked hotels in all three cities; · I dropped detailed information about Japan + I dropped a chat where I could quickly check everything with other tourists; · and, most importantly, I was in touch 24/7 throughout the trip. Victoria didn't just sell tickets and hotels — she really helped make the trip comfortable, especially considering the transfer in China, where we would have suffered without her preparation. I would like to thank manager Victoria and the TreveRum company for a wonderful planned vacation in Japan. I've been flying with this company for 3 times already and I don't want to change it. We visited Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and even flew to Okinawa Island (Japanese Hawaii) . Victoria steadfastly withstood all our wishes and requests.
