I downloaded the Hippo app and specially saved up bonuses, hoping to use them. In the end, it's just a deception and a beautiful lure for customers. As soon as you try to pay with bonuses, the reasons are immediately found: either "the promotional product is not involved," or now there are "suspiciously many transactions." Then the question arises — why do you need your app and bonus system at all, if it's almost impossible to use the bonuses? It looks like misleading people. Clients are forced to accumulate points, and then simply block the possibility of using them under any pretext. I'm very disappointed. I do not advise anyone to waste time on this application and believe the promises about bonuses. The usual fiction to attract customers. The service is disgusting, the support does not solve the problem, only comes up with new restrictions.
