We visited this museum on an excursion to Ho She Minh. I must say, war and human grief cannot leave anyone indifferent. On the first day, my husband and I were shown aircraft and weapons, and we were on the 3rd floor. And everything went well on light, especially after the Pile tunnels. But on the second day, with another guide, we got to the first two floors and almost from the first seconds I covered my face with my hands, tears rolled down. It is worth preserving the eternal memory of the valor of warriors and the feat of nations. War is always scary and at the same time we must not forget about it, so I recommend everyone to visit this museum.

The first thing I want to say is it's a creepy sight, so no photos were taken. There are still photos of torn human bodies in front of my eyes. Both adults and children. The museum was created by Americans, or rather by American reporters. Very candid photos of Vietnamese victims and the pleased faces of the pilots who are pictured preparing their planes to spray poison over the forests of Vietnam. Everyone should visit this museum, so that this never happens again!

A must-visit place for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City for the first time. The whole truth about the second Indochina War and the actions of American troops in Vietnam. This is very scary and it is necessary to know and remember about it.

I liked the museum. An exhibition about the causes and consequences of this terrible war is located on several floors. It is a pity that the Vietnamese have removed a lot from the museum only because of more friendly relations with the United States.

The Museum of War Victims. There is an exhibition of American captured equipment and creepy cages for holding Vietnamese prisoners on the street around the museum. The museum consists mainly of photographs, photo documents, and a chronicle...It's a tough place. Look at it all ... you have to be mentally prepared. There are a lot of people.

It's just a great museum. I thought it would be boring, but no. Everything came together in it - the atmosphere, the shots, the installations. I left the museum and sobbed for another hour afterwards. Makes you think about a lot of things. My advice is to take a guided tour or an audio guide.

It differs from our museums, the narrative is based on photographs, but behind each photo there is a huge story and a lot of pain. I recommend visiting, especially after visiting the Cu chi tunnels. The visit time should be set at 2 hours. Be sure to take an audio guide (available in Russian, the price is 80k dong) if you do not speak English.

An important place, very immersive in context. They talk about the horrors of the war, I didn't know much. About socialism and how Americans were afraid of it. About the screaming orange chemical. Photos, artifacts, shells, and American military equipment are in good condition.

The museum was very impressive with its contents, both from the outside with captured military equipment from the Vietnam War in 1965 and with photographs taken at the same time! These are simply horrifying images of the destruction of the entire population and nature..

A good museum, an exhibition of photographs. Dedicated to the war with the Americans. Lots of heavy photos. It's small in size. There is an exhibition of trophies, tanks, and airplanes on the street.

A terrible museum. No interactive exhibition. The air conditioners are not working. 3 floors of photos and some samples of weapons. There are half-rusty airplanes and helicopters on the street. We could pay special attention to this place.

A great museum, honestly looking at the photos of those war years brought tears to my eyes from the horrors that the Americans staged. I recommend you to visit for a deeper understanding of what the USA is.

The museum is very cool, the guide said that all the military equipment is real, I believe, but the main disadvantage is that in the orange zones where there is no mutation at all, but everything is fine.

It's worth a look. In the content of the museum, I would add information about the course of hostilities, the main battles and weapons from the Viet Nam. In the meantime, only American weapons are presented there (it just feels like there was nothing else) and there is a lot of information about how the Vietnamese were exterminated and no information about how they fought. It seems that they were exterminated, napalm was poured on top of them, and then they felt sorry for them and left on their own.

Quite an interesting museum dedicated to the Vietnam War, a lot of military equipment. What was very surprising was that almost nothing was said about the role and assistance of the USSR. Maybe I didn't find this room or section, although I was looking for it.

All the photos about the atrocities of Americans and Japanese were taken either by Japanese or Americans. There is very little about Soviet aid, only one stand about the assistance of the Warsaw Pact countries. All weapons and equipment are Pendosovskaya. Three floors of nothing. Not interesting. I regretted the time I spent.

You need to go to understand what the Vietnam War was and how terrible it was. But get ready for the fact that there are a lot of tourists, if you don't have an earpiece, you won't hear the guide, it's stuffy in the rooms.

The museum is huge, with as many as 3 floors, and there are a lot of photographs as well as weapons from the Vietnam War. Honestly? It's a very creepy place with a lot of tourists from all over the world, including Americans. There are many crying tourists who cannot look at all this captured horror of that time without tears. Of course it's worth a visit, but obviously not with a group of tourists, because you will be in a hurry. It's best to come here personally and see everything for yourself.

I will not evaluate the trace of the tragic history of Vietnam in the 20th century. The museum itself is 4 times higher than, for example, other military-historical and political museums in Asia and Russia.

We were a big group here. Everyone was impressed by the museum. There are a lot of equipment and weapons from the time of the War of Independence and in general the museum is well planned: photographs complement film materials and "visual aids" such as torture rooms (with mannequins) from "civilized Americans and much more. Stay in Saigon - it's a must see! Must see...

You need at least 2 hours to go to the museum. To think about it, to get into it, and to realize. There is an unpleasant aftertaste: there are souvenir shops on the 1st floor, in a place like those selling in a temple.

Interestingly, there are no inscriptions in Russian, only Vietnamese and English. As our guide explained, this museum was made not so much for Vietnam itself, so that young people would remember, but for Americans and those who are with them...

If the state continues to keep the memory of the war and its great victory in such a deplorable state, then soon there will be no trace of this memory and that victory. I would not like to believe that this is the purpose.… History is not just slogans. It's about caring, respecting, and preserving. I invite you to visit military museums in Russia and learn from the experience. The memory should be alive, and the stars should shine. ✨ 🌟 ✨ If the state continues to maintain the memory of the war and its great victory in such poor condition, soon nothing may remain of that memory — or of that victory itself. I would not like to believe that this is the intention… History is not just slogans. It is care, respect, and preservation. I invite you to visit military museums in Russia and learn from their experience. Memory must remain alive — and the stars should shine! ✨🌟✨
