The staff here is just super: everyone is so friendly and always ready to help.Therefore, I want to thank the consultants — they helped me choose a couple for so long and patiently, while being absolutely unobtrusive! The quality of the shoes is terrible.Shoes were returned many times due to defects in the sole that appeared later.Usually, it was always possible to return the shoes and immediately receive the money in cash (they always paid for the shoes with a card), but the last time they didn't want to return the money because the "card was lost" and to return the money, they had to go to the bank to get a certificate that the card was indeed lost.Why do they need the data of the lost card if the refund is in cash??????? Later, they called 7976, the single number of the contact center, where they said they had to return the cash upon request and added that they would now call the Megatop store and clarify... In the end, no one called. I had to call back myself several times to get an answer, but no one answered and in the end they just charged the money for the call. In the end, they said they would give an answer later. We will never buy shoes in this store again. The quality is terrible, the attitude is disgusting. UPD: as a result, support did not respond. I picked up my shoes from this store, went to a nearby Megatop on Partizanskaya Street, and they quickly returned the money to me in cash.
