I love this studio. Three halls, classes from morning to evening, there is always a huge selection of activities for any level of training and mood. A variety of styles of yoga, Qigong, Pilates, hammocks, dancing, children's activities. The girls at the reception know their business, they are just fairies, they will always help in the best way. A very functional and user-friendly application, where the schedule, news, history of my visits, registration for classes. And, of course, the view of the mountains from the dome hall is a separate bonus.

I practice Kundalini Yoga with Elena Kabieva three times a week: MON- Wed- FRI, at 20:00. Plus a cool thematic meditation, with deep immersion, on Saturday, at 17:30🧘🏼♀️ I love our practice with Elena.🫰🏻 Elena is a very experienced energy conductor. It's only thanks to our Kundalini yoga classes that I feel less irritable and inhibited in the eclipse corridor; more balanced. I really like that Elena gives a brief but succinct theory about the current lunar/energy situation🌜🌚🌖🌗 According to the situation, he selects the appropriate set of exercises - exercises + breathing + mantras + meditation.
